If you’re on your healing journey, or just starting out, you might have heard of Mantras. Or maybe you have been advised to “think more positively.”
By definition, a Mantra is:
1.a word or sound repeated to aid concentration in meditation.
2.a statement or slogan repeated frequently.
So, how can this “statement/slogan” help us on our healing journey? Or better ask, how can we get the most out of it?
You see, the most important step (and early on) in our healing journey is becoming aware of our thoughts and our mind’s patterns. And take back control. Meaning, we go from being unconscious most of the time to being intentionally conscious and present. That way we are able to control our minds to our benefit.
When we repeat a statement or a new belief that we want to implement in our lives, we are actively changing the way our brain sees and receives the world around us.
We consciously make the decision to see the world the way we want to, not the way our brain is used to.
And that’s where the magic happens.
Everything that we experience is inside of our minds. And the only true control that we have is how we perceive and take in the world and its ups and downs.
Every event, every block, every victory, we determine its importance, its effect, and its weight in our lives.
So, when we want to take control over our mind and how the world is, we use statements that carry a powerful energy that rewire our brains and help us see the world in a different light. That’s what we call a Mantra.
Mantras have a significant power and energetic frequency and transform us from within. That’s why not every “positive quote” is a Mantra.
What’s beautiful about a Mantra is that our Soul can create or find the right ones with the right energetic power.
